1. Acute LD50 value
The acute toxicity of Quercetin powder to animals is small, with LD50 of 10 ~ 50g/kg in rats. Oral administration of LD50 160mg/kg and subcutaneous injection of LD50 100mg/kg in mice.

2. Low dose is non-toxic to rats and human body.
The National Toxicology Agency of the United States added 1000 or 10000mg/kg quercetin to male rat feed and 40000mg/kg quercetin to female rat feed. No evidence of carcinogenesis was found in the 2-year experiment. In human trials, oral administration of 4g quercetin has no adverse reaction, while intravenous administration of 100mg quercetin has good tolerance.
